What information is collected?

Why do we collect this information?
The e-mail address that we request from you is used exclusively for contacting you, or for providing information that you have explicitly requested to be sent to your e-mail address (such as a Vitamin Plan). An account e-mail is used to confirm the registration, to reset the password, and to reach you if you change that address. IP addresses on the other hand are used internally only, and exclusively for spam protection. Sending a form, or creating an account, is how you give consent for that contact. We keep a contact message for as long as a reply is still useful, a vitamin plan for as long as that link should still open, an account for as long as you keep it. We do not sell personal information.Where do we store this information?
Forms are sent over HTTPS, and the details are then stored on a professional hosting provider's server that is password-protected, at a datacenter that is physically secure. Account details sit in that same store, and your password is encrypted and cannot be read back as the password you typed. Account e-mail addresses and registration IP addresses are also encrypted before they are written, and the key is kept with the site configuration rather than inside the stored data. Mail you ask us to send, such as a vitamin plan or a reply to the contact form, goes out through that same host. It is only accessible by a limited number of people whose job it is to ensure that the information remains secure and confidential. We do not share, trade or transfer this information to any unauthorized person or third party under any circumstances, and none of your personal information is displayed publicly on the website.Cookie policy
